利用フロー①　掲載

  1. 掲載お申し込みフォームから必要事項を記入し、送信してください。Job Boardの連絡先には、採用を担当される方のLinkedinや採用活動に利用しているメールアドレスなどをご記載ください。
  2. Tokyo Women in VC事務局が送信内容をチェックし、2週間以内にJob Boardへ記載いたします。不備等がある場合および事務局が掲載は難しいと判断した場合は、ご担当者様連絡先にご連絡いたします。
  3. 事務局より、定期的に掲載ご状況のお伺いをいたします。 削除を希望される場合は、info[at]tokyowomenvc.orgまでご連絡ください。

利用フロー②　候補者対応

  1. Job Boardに記載された担当者連絡先に、候補者から直接連絡いただく形となります。
  2. 当Job Board経由のコンタクトについては「Job Board by Tokyo Women in VCからのコンタクト」であることの明記をお願いしております。こちらの記載があるメッセージには、必ず返信をお願いいたします。

公開時現在、Job Board by Tokyo Women in VCは無料でご利用いただけます。来年以降は掲載維持費用のため、一社当たり年間一万円をスポンサーフィーとして頂く可能性があります。予めご了承ください。

  • Venture capital firms’ In-house positions (Venture Capitalist, Community Manager, Back Office, etc.)
  • CXO positions in their portfolio companies

Usage Flow① - Listing a job on Job Board

  1. Filling out the form at the bottom of the page and send it to us.Please include the contact information for the Job Board, including the Linkedin or email address used for recruiting by the person in charge of the hiring process.
  2. Tokyo Women in VC office will check the submitted information and post it on the Job Board within 2 weeks.If there are any deficiencies or if the office determines that the job is not suitable for posting, we will contact the contact person in charge of the job.
  3. The office will periodically inquire about the status of your postings. If you wish to have them deleted, please contact us at info[at]tokyowomenvc.org.

Usage Flow② - Candidate Communication

  1. The candidate should contact the contact person listed on the Job Board directly.
  2. We ask candidates to clearly state that the contact is from "Job Board by Tokyo Women in VC”. Please be sure to reply to all messages with this description.

Points to note regarding posting

In line with Tokyo Women in VC's mission, please only post jobs that have a diversity friendly recruitment policy.

Usage Fees

Currently, Job Board by Tokyo Women in VC is free of charge. From next year onward, we may charge 10,000 yen per company per year as a sponsorship fee to cover the cost of maintaining the listing. Please understand this in advance.
