MPower Partnersは、キャシー松井、村上由美子、関美和の3名により2021年に設立されたベンチャー・キャピタル・ファンドです。社名は、3人の創業者の旧姓がいずれも「M」で始まることに由来し、起業家を“エンパワー”するという想いと、「縁」や「輪」の力を信じる私たちの価値観が込められています。
私たちのミッションは、次の時代を切り拓く起業家を支援すること。その実現に向けて、人材、分析、事業機会の提供を通じて、スタートアップの成長を後押ししています。多様性に富んだ投資チームと深いグローバルネットワークを活かし、国内外の将来有望なスタートアップを発掘・支援しています。

ポジションの業務内容 / Job Description
キャピタリストとして、新規投資機会の発掘、デューデリジェンスの実施、契約の締結まで、投資活動全般を担当していただきます。投資後は、ポートフォリオ企業の成長支援にも積極的に関わっていただきます。また、スタートアップ・エコシステム内でのネットワーク構 築のためのアウトリーチ活動も担っていただきます。日本語/英語ともにビジネスレベルであることが必須。
As a Capitalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of investment activities, including sourcing new opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing deals. You will also provide ongoing support to portfolio companies after investment to help them grow and succeed. In addition, you will lead outreach initiatives to build and maintain strong networks within the startup ecosystem. Strong proficiency in both English and Japanese is required for this role.
